Terms of Service

1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Unell's Collection Manager platform ("the Platform") by any user with an account ("the User").
By accessing the Platform and creating or using an account, the User acknowledges having read these Terms and accepts them without reservation.
2. Access to the service
Unell's Collection Manager is currently in a prototype phase and accessible by invitation only. The operator reserves the right to accept or decline any access request without having to justify its decision.
Access to the Platform is free during the prototype phase. Pricing terms for future commercial use will be communicated separately.
3. User account
The User agrees to provide accurate information and to keep account data up to date. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity performed from their account.
The User agrees to report any unauthorized use of their account immediately by email to support@unells.com.
4. Acceptable use
The User agrees to use the Platform exclusively for managing their own vehicle collection or collections for which they have legal responsibility.
Prohibited uses include: sending illegal data, attempting to bypass security measures, mass scraping of data for commercial purposes, and any use of the Platform for fraud or money laundering.
5. Intellectual property
All Platform components (code, design, trademarks, logos) are the exclusive property of the operator, except for content entered or uploaded by the User, which remains the User's property.
By uploading content to the Platform, the User grants the operator a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. Personal data
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy accessible from the home page. The Platform is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability or objection, contact support@unells.com with proof of identity. Response guaranteed within 30 days.
7. Service availability and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous availability. The operator strives to ensure reasonable availability but cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or external causes (hosting provider, network operators, force majeure).
The User is responsible for backing up their own data. The operator recommends regular export of critical information. The operator's liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to direct and foreseeable damages.
8. Changes and termination
The operator may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified by email to users at least 15 days before they take effect.
The User may terminate their account at any time by contacting support@unells.com. The operator may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice except in serious cases.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's domicile canton, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
